August already?!?!
Where did the time fly by? It just felt like yesterday when DMC came out. I get some free passes to see any movie and I think they will be used to see THE movie.
Off topic, I can't wait to finally go on a REAL vacation!! I've been working and going to school these past two months. I get to go to Yosemite National Park, Las Vegas, and possibly L.A. in less than TWO WEEKS!! Road trip!!! ;D

Aww... That's okay. You don't have to go anywhere to have fun. I just have a short tension span and I just need to get out more often, hee hee. I think the only thing I did last summer was go down to Disneyland and hung out with little, annoying kids. It wasn't as fun as I thought it would've been.
Hopefully, when I go down in September with a few of my friends, it'll be less crowded AND I get to meet Jack Sparrow. lol.

I just gotta say that while I was preciously away from the computer for a whole day yesterday :gasp:, I was at work and then I went to see Santana at a not-so-great venue in town. And it kinda felt ironic how fully-grown men and women sitting around me (I'm still underage, still ) were drinking and smoking pot around me like there was no tomorrow. It's like, I'm ten, twenty, or thirty years younger than these people and I'm smarter than them. It doesn't make sense to me at all. But the concert was cool, no doubt. hee hee. Only on summer August nights.....

Oh Santana! The guitar guy? My parents like him.. Oh God! I do NOT want to see my parents smoking pot and drinking! Bad images!

Yeah, the Santana guy... ha ha. An image of my Russian-accented co-worker playing air guitar when I mentioned his name appeared in my head. lol. I went with my parents... going to concerts with parents is odd. Seeing older, drunk people trying to dance is even more odd. I'm just glad it wasn't my parents dancing. I didn't realize that Santana is from San Jose (an hour away from me) and he said he felt like he was at home. It was very touching. It was also touching when he bad-mouthed Bush. Even in California, ya gotta know what to say to what crowd. In this case, the audience would've been too drunk and too high to be offended. ;D

Anyone starting school this month? Or already in school? I don't want summer to end!! I love being lazy.....
.... I had to sign up for classes two days ago, and it's madness. The deficit in California is so bad, we have to fight to get classes that we loathe to take. But the funny thing I get out of this, is when all my friends are so anxious to find out which design teacher we all signed up for. It's sooo high school. ha ha. Argh.... I'm going to loathe my first 7 AM class on a MONDAY!! sheesh.

I start on the 29th. The worst thing is getting up so early after you've slept in everyday in summer. I'm not a morning person.

Yeah... I don't start till next month on the 25th.... I've got a long way to go, but I know that time will be up soon enough. I'm gonna move down a week early to just chill in my new apartment. I was gonna go down to Disneyland with my friends during that week, but I don't think that's gonna happen. It's not worth it if they don't have the fireworks show AND Fantasmic showing during the week. Lame. Ah, school... I can't wait to see my college friends though... I miss them so much.
Oh, I can relate to that sleeping-in thing. I didn't do it so much during the summer, but last quarter at school, I totally screwed up my sleeping habits. I didn't have class till 10 AM most days, so I ended up staying up till 3 AM doing things.... working on projects, checking email, random crap. My body clock would let me do it and it totally messed me up.

I'm gonna have sleep deprevation really bad. I probably won't be able to get on the computer that much either. Well, this week at least. My cousins are here and they're obsessed with me and when they're here I'm very busy. I have to do my summer assignments too and my sister is leaving to go to college. Woo Hoo. Happy August everybody!

There´s nothing happy about my August!! . I re-started school last week after winter holidays. And now the taughest part begins... I don´t even want to think about it.... August is the last month of the 2nd trimester so marks are closing i have like 10 tests per week. And in november i have finals and I have to sit for the DELF in french. It sucks!... But at least the weather is getting warmer, and I´m a step closer to summer...

Eww... summer school sucks. I had summer school a while ago, but it only lasted 6 weeks. It was intense. I studied Italian just in case for next year. Lola... you can do it!! hee hee... I'm sure all of us have our toughest times of the year during different seasons. I'm so tired.... I have to pack for vacation.... I'm driving to Yosemite tomorrow and then after that, spend a few days in Las Vegas. Yay.... days off from work! I hate work. It's what grown-ups do.

There's nothing like taking a break from work to go do a little gambling! Now I'm just kidding! Though I'd do it once just so I could say I gambled in Las vegas! Besides, you never know! You could win something!
Basketball started this week too. This week is a living Hell for me!

Ahhh... I'm baaack! Anyone miss me?? Hee hee. Prob not.... Anywho... Las Vegas was crazy. I went to Yosemite for the first day and it was incredible. I hadn't been there for the longest time and when I was little, I never really appreciated nature until now. I went to Las Vegas for a few days.... it was a good vaca. It didn't feel like one though, I was hella rushed around and impatient everywhere. I saw 'O' from Cirque du Soleil... it was jaw-dropping with all the stunts and all. I really wanna see it again. Or maybe I could just buy the DVD. The pool at the hotel, Caesar's Palace, was really nice. Spent a few hours there. I was so dead tired by the end of the day of each day, I wasn't even excited when my family and I stumbled upon a CSI taping at the end of Fremont St. I mean, CSI is my friggin' favorite show. That's tired for you. Even Marg Helgenberger (she plays one of the mains in the show) and her father on the show were rehearsing right there. It was pretty cool. She looked a lot more petite in real life. Jeez... I even ate the best food there. I spent way too much time at the Paris hotel eating. Ha ha. And now this is pretty much my first time in a week on the computer. It costs a butt load of money to get internet in Las Vegas.... fools. And I've been busy with work... apparently I'm working for 6 straight days straight from my vaca, with 6-8 hour shifts. It hurts.

I'm glad you had a wonderful time! CSI Las Vegas is the only CSI I will watch. I can't stand the other ones! But I love that one! Is Marg Helgenberger the girl that plays Catherine? She's my fav!

Thanks... Yeah, I really only have time to watch one CSI these days and it's usually Las Vegas. I tried watching New York, but they killed off one of the characters I liked and it's starting to get campy... so the original is where it's at. But, I'm reading up that they're pairing up Grissom and Sara, which kinda sucks. Catherine is such a "girl power" girl. She's cool. I bet she's gonna end up with Warrick. Wow, that was a random comment.

Yeah and then tomorrow Orlando will end up with Keira! Ha. Yes. CSI Las Vegas is the best. That red headed guy in Miami is agravating. His voice and he always squints his eyes.
