Tell your mom not to forget to tell you about Jesse's boy. I'm having a huge brain fart right now and I can't think of his name. He's so funny though! I was crying the first time I watched it.

Jesse's boy? Eh, okay. hee hee. Is the movie kinda like Garden State? Cuz the preview looked a hella lot like it. I watched Garden State a few years back, and it was kinda depressing.

I have never seen Garden State. But Elizabethtown has a happy ending! Smason!! It hit me just now! Jesse's kid's name is Samson! That kid is hilarious!

Garden State is along the lines of a man that must go back home to Jersey to a relative's funeral and along that trip, he sees his past friends and family... meets a girl. I dunno, it kinda sounded the same. It also has a similar vibe, being all glum and romantic at the same time. Zac Braff and Natalie Portman were in it.
I don't want to be a person to bring something sad up, but I can't believe it's been five years since it happened. It seems like a distant memory. My dad told me that they've been replaying the footage of the towers on TV... which is kinda sickening, if you ask me. I try to stay away from the news today... especially to hear what my president has to say. Probably along the lines of how I should send myself to Iraq... something like that.

Graden State does sound similar to Elizabethtown. It's sounds almost excatly the same, excpet for Orlando.
I couldn't get away from the sadness. Two of my teachers made us write an essay about it. They gave us a big lecture about it too. Then they turned on the TV and we wathced some coverage. It was really disturbing.

Yeah, it's gotta be the Orlando factor keeping the movies a little different. I basically kept away from the coverage yesterday... I know what they day meant.... I will remember it and that's all that matters. Not some newscasters beefing it up. I remember that very day... it affected my teachers differently. My first period bio teacher made us spend the whole time watching the coverage, because his sister is a flight attendent and he said something about her being on a flight from New York. But then the next period, I felt like my English teacher tried to carry the day as normal like nothing happened, which was good and bad.

My science teahcer then was a big wacko. She came in with her hair all messed up and told us what happen. We all stared at her then went in her room to watch it. That's all I saw the entire day was the replay of the towers falling. At school, at home, in my dreams!!! Then I wake up the next morning and what a surprise, they're showing it again. Yeah, I think I remember that day.

i was in third grade when it happened, so i really didn't understand it much, i was like 8. But my friend was at the dentist earlier that day and came back saying "The white house is on fire!" so that was a huge rumor going around that day. some kids were pulled out of school. our teachers wouldn't even mention it. I remember that day perfectly. so on monday our school made a biggish deal about it. we had a prayer service for them and then on channel 1, which we watch everyday, tthey had a whole thing planned out for it.

We have channel 1. They showed all this stuff about it yesterday. But on a happy note, they showed Pirates today on Channel 1! They had a little picture of Jack and Will saying that you could download the movie on your ipod.I was pointing at the screen yelling pirates. Everyone was laughing at me and my teacher just stared at me.

Yay! Pirates on TV!! That's awesome. I can't believe how much they're charging to download movies onto ipods. I think they're starting with the Disney movies... $10 a pop. It's such a ridiculous thing... watching a movie on a 2 inch square monitor for that much. Geez.

Dad goes crazy over ipods! He yells at people who watch movies on them because the screens are so small.I think it's funny. But I'd rather wait until it came out on DVD.

Yeah, I'd definitely wait till movies come out on DVD. I think I'm buying an ipod soon.... but not the ipod video. If you're gonna watch something, watch it properly on a TV. ha ha. I'm okay with ipods dealing with music, but video I think is a bit too much. What happens if you're using it while you're on the road? Scary.

ooh ya! I rememeber seeing the pirates stuff! I think i said something about it to my friends and then stared at Will. All of them think im obsessed. But i'm not, i just like it ... alot.
I've got an iPod mini. There easy to work. i've dropped it so many times, but it hasn't broken, same with my cell phone. My pen also exploded over the ear phones so there all blue, and it won't come off. grrr....

Yeah... I have an ipod mini too. Mine hasn't broken yet, but the battery life thing goes hay wire sometimes. I've dropped my cell phone a million times and finally it died on me... lol. I was checking out the new color ipod nanos last night, because my powerbook is still acting up. Those ipods are ridiculously thin... I'm scared I might break one if I get one.
My computer is so messed up... they thought it was a hardware problem and the two guys that I talke to two nights in a row at the store... they were so mean and they were such smart a$$e$.... sorry. They just made me super pissed. But I just spent an hour talking to a guy on the phone for an hour and hopefully my laptop is fixed. He was super nice and he definitely didn't have an attitude like the "geniuses" at the store. That's what they're called at the store, geniuses. Great.

I don't even have an ipod. I seriously need one. I listen to my sisters a lot. She doesn't have any Rolling Stones on there though. But she's got Queen and Franz Ferdinand and some other music geniuses.
One of my teacher's is butthole! She hates me because I didn't want to play volleyball. She hates my sister for the same reason. I also spilled some coffee. She is way overprotective of her coffee and ice! Now everytime I see her we exchange death glances! It's a good thing I don't have her. I'd fail for sure.

death glances lol. that's a bit weird though, she hates you cause you don't play volleyball? I play it though. i've got two games on sunday. we were total crap last weekend, so we better be better. And we jsut got a new person on our team, so that might not work out.
I hate nanos. the're to thin for me. I like my pink iPod, it's cute, but now it's all blue because of my stupid pen!
EDIT you know, kate could proabably pass for a nano since shes' so freakin anorexic. I saw a picture before she got skinny today, and she looked halfway decent.

She gave me quite a few death glances! I'm not any good at volleyball. I'd make a complete idiot of myself. I hope you guys win. If I was on your team you'd lose every game! But I'm the comic relief. That's what everybody on the basketball team says anyway. My dad's the coach and he yells A LOT! He gets really mad, so I make fun of him. Everyone laughs except for dad, he gives me the death glance. I get a lot of those. I don't like basketball either, my dad makes me play. So to get over the frustration I laugh and make jokes. Laughing is the best therapy in the world.

haha thanks. I hope we win to because if we dont ... well, my arms still hurt from Tuesday's practice when we had to do like 2439237430512 pushups and suicides.

Let's just hope you play someone who sucks so you can beat the crap out of them. Then your coach won't be mad and you won't have to do 2439237430512 pushups! We have to run suicides in practice too. We run a lot of 7-45's as well. Which sucks! I'm sucking in all the oxygen I can get! After we're finished I'm crawling to the water fountain!

well actually, last week we did play someone who sucks. Good Shepard is HORRIBLE and we lost to them. it was embarrasing. In the game before us they had 4 points to the team that had 23 points .. but our 1st game was close.
