Just like the August and September ones, new month, new thread! I love October, it means fall is here and there's Halloween! So what's going on with everyone?
I went to a party last night! We had this huge bonfire that like burned my eyes it was so bright! We threw in a piece of pizza, 3 plates, and two water bottles. one of them actually exploded! Kinda freaky since we were around fire. It was for my friends b-day, which is today. It was a blast! We also had this huge water/frosting fight and told ghost stories. Good times!

October!!.. noo!!.. The only good thing about october for me is Halloween (our class is trowing a halloween party at a disco to raise funds for our prom trip, we are going to brazil next year! ;D) and the warm weather!! (summer is coming up! ). But the school year is finishing for me and I have like 20 exams at least in October-November!!. And I have to sit for the DELF on october 24 (i´m already biting my nails over it) and the AS mocks (Luckily I won´t be doing the real ones until next year, which also sucks cause I have SATs too!). I love english but why do they have so many examinations?!! But at least i have sports day and spirit week and halloween and 1 year left in school (call me crazy but i don´t want to finish high school!)

Oh my gosh... I thought we had another day in September before this!! Ha ha. It's because the calendar made up on the white board downstairs mislead me. October is a fun month. Now that school has started for everyone, it's down to business! Homecoming is this month... the only thing that it means to me is that we have a big turnout for the football game.... and that's pretty much it. I might just skip that and end up going to an architecture conference in L.A. ... to meet all the other architecture major hotties in California... lol. No, I think it will be very informative.

Well, there's not much going on in October for me. The town had its "annual" Fall Festival yesterday. The ball team had to ride in the parade so I was throwing candy at everyone. We had a dance too so I was the only dancing and making a complete idiot of myself. The DJ played Jumping Jack Flash and I was out on the floor doing jumping jacks while I was singing it as loud as I could. It was fun.

I don't think I'm going to any dances this year. I know that sounds lame, but I went to a few last year and they were kinda dumb. Though, we might have end of the quarter dance parties at some of the apartments/houses. Those are pretty interesting. I hear that someone has strobe lights and a disco ball. They're looking for a fog machine next. ha ha.

I hate how it's super cold in the mornings.... at 6:30 AM in the morning!! Ahh!! It sucks. I think I'll be wearing my scarf and gloves just to drive... ha ha. You know what's not funny: being on campus from 7 AM to 7 PM. Not cool. I'm tired.

Oh, I forgot, October is also tainted with football season. I just came back from one: us against UC Davis. We kicked their butts... hee hee. I think it's been like, 22 years since we beat them. So it's great. I haven't been to a game in a while, just being in that type of atmosphere is great. People there are definitely not the type of people I'd hang out with, but at least everyone was nice... or were they? I think some people had boards that spelled: FUCD. ha ha. Their band was awesome though. The trombones did this cool alternating side movement thing and this one guy intentionally faked to hit this percussionist in the face with his instrument. It was funny.

aliaschic04 you're in California right? I'd love to be there, it's warm! Here in Kansas the high has been 55*! This morning it was 35! That's just too cold. My school isn't any better. They won't turn on the heat and it's freezing! I lost the feeling in my fingers yesterday cause it's so cold.
Anyway! Happy Friday the 13!! This day has surprisingly been really good. Today in English we were righting about our first crushes and then my friend turns on the radio and blasts this rap song. Haha it was so funny because this one part comes on that goes "shake that ass" so my teacher slams it off. ?Im sure if it had been a public school then she wouldn't have, but since it's catholic she had to. Then in study hall we were crazy. I got nothing done. Then my ss teacher brought in her puggle! She's so cute!!!
Tonight is my school carnival! Can't wait! I'm leaving in 20min. It's always a blast. We've got kariokee! My friends are doing "Ice Ice Baby"! That'll be funny. I'm not in it tho. This weekend is so busy. Volleyball, carnival, x-mas in Oct. (service hours) and a Cheifs (football team) party! Wow!

Yeah my Friday the 13th was great. the weather was warm! surprisingly. so in P.E. we bet the boys a basket ball with our "creative" tactics until my best mate got concussion. poor thing. that was the only bad thing of the day.

OMG... I've been way too busy to realize yesterday was Friday the 13th. I remember my roommate telling me that she was gonna watch the Grudge 2 last night. That would've been hella scary.. I saw the first one two years ago at school and it has scarred me for life... ha ha.
Homecoming is next week... which is cool. I don't even know if I'm going to the game though, because I think almost everyone of my friends are going to be not here. It's pretty bizarre. I guess being in down south is always better than being here.
Well, the weather here in California is starting to look crappy. On Thursday it was pretty muggy and humid all day and then when I was driving home at night, there was this lightning show that had no thunder. My roommate hates thunder and lightning, so she couldn't go to sleep.... I don't think I did either. There were these people in the jacuzzi that night and I just kept thinking, they should really get out if they don't want to get electricuted. haha. Then yesterday and today, it's just been in the 50's,cold, cloudy, and drizzling. It kinda sucks. I've been spending most of my time in studio, working on that group project of building a model. It looks pretty neat... and it's due on Thursday. I'm super excited. Got tests this week... argh, I hate 4th week.

My Friday the 13th wasn't that bad. I failed one of my test though. Which sucks!!! It's better than breaking your wrist though. There were two Friday the 13th's this year. The other one was on Orlando's birthday and I broke my wrist playing basketball.
Our homecoming is this week. We have spirit week that week as well. I hate that crap. It's like St. Patricks Day. If you don't where your school's color that week, everyone goes mad! At least you don't get pinched.
I saw a picture of that model you you have to do! It looks wicked! It kind of reminds me of that place in Australia. I can't think of it right now, but I'll scream it at some random time today. It looks really complicated.

Don't worry about failing a test, it's not the end of the world. Take me for an example and I turned out fine... I think. Next week is homecoming week for us as well. I think my brother's homecoming is next week too. That's odd. In college, we don't have spirit week, but I spent a lot of time over the summer helping my brother get together his outfits for this coming week... he's in leadership, so he pretty much has to dress up or else he fails the class... ha ha. I'm not sure whether I'm going to the game. Parking is a headache (because parents come to visit) and literally all of my friends are going to L.A. next weekend, but at different locations. It sucks. You mean the Sydney Opera House? That thing is cool. I would really love to visit the building that we're modeling after in Valencia, it looks really awesome. There are mostly girls in my group (one guy that slacks ) and this other group of guys in another group are feeling the tension that ours is better. hee hee. Especially since this major if guy-dominated... It feels great. Dude, I spent 9 hours in lab and then I spent another 3 hours studying and doing architecture engineering homework... sizing lumber, all on a SATURDAY. I have no life at all.

Yes, well spirit week starts tomorrow and the first day is crazy hair/socks/shoes/shirt day. I think I'm gonna wear all my London stuff. When my sister went, she got me a shirt from Covent Garden and some socks from Bath. I'm really supporting my school!
Yes! The Sydney Opera House! I hate it when I can't think of something. I think about it all day until I remember it! That thing looks awesome! I hope your professor gives you a good grade. I'd like to go into theater when I go to college but you have to stay in class for 9 hours! That would be torture! Acting is very fun though, so I don't know.

Yay! Supporting your school rocks. Yeah, I go through the same thing too. I hope I get a good grade too... we spent so much time on it. Theater sounds interesting. It wouldn't have been very good for me, I'm too shy. The class isn't for 9 hours... I just chose to stay that long on a Saturday. Other people can choose to not even show up on weekends. It's up to the student. It was weird, because we didn't even know where the time went while we were working.

my sister's friend had homecoming this weekend i think. They also had spirit week and wore blue and gold alot. I went up to her highschool for open house and it was a bit overwhelming. There's just so much to do! It's going to be so hard to choose my classes and stuff. I love acting/drama though. It's so fun, but thats probably because i love the spotlight and attention. It's kinda an oxymoron because usually im shy and quiet. But where theres a camera there's a ... me. Oh dear, that sounded weird. I blew off nine hours of my saturday too! I spent it doing service hours. So i guess it really wasn't wasted. My chruch and i fixed up this older man's house. It looked so much better after words. But i got poisen ivy from the plants we chopped down! It's the second time i've had it also. Wow! I've been so busy this weekend. I had a carnival/impromptu party friday (third party one a row too), volleyball and x-mas in oct. saturday, and then open house and a cheif's football party today. Besides sleeping, i've been home like a total of 10 hours. I'm one social butterfly!

Ah crap! I've got an important test to do this week. It gets kids ready for the ACT. It's two days in a row, and I really don't feel like doing it. At least I get out of Geometry and Honors English! Sweet! Now I don't have to read Great Expectations!
I had to read a crap load of Great Expectations Saturday. It's so boring. I threw it down on the bed and started reading Harry Potter instead. ^_^
