I hardly watch TV. So when I do turn it on and I'm flippin through the disney channels, Princess Diaries will be on. I remember Mandy Moore's character being a butt hole.
My sister wants to be a doctor but she got a C in Biology and dad got really mad. So, I don't know about that. I'd like to be a history teacher! History fascinates me greatly. Tornadoes and hurricanes scare me horribly. I think we were in a hurricane when were in Florida one time. I was so frightened. We were in a friend's house and it sounded like the roof was going to cave in. But we survived!

I rarely watch TV too during the school year.. I just watch whatever's on, if I actually turn on the TV that day. I'm used to watching random movies on those HBO and Showtime channels that the cable provider forces us to pay and watch. Lame-o. I can't wait for HSM 2 to come out on Disney channel. I'm such a nerd. My family and I are going to visit UC Irvine and might be going to Disneyland.... I don't think the parents agree with it. lol.
Yeah, I learned very early that Bio and the sciences aren't the most fun things I enjoy. It was like pulling teeth when I took those classes. I would be sitting in my physics college class last year thinking, when am I going to calculate how fast a ball is rolling in my field of architecture?!? ha ha... We had to take a lot of Calculus too. I don't know when I'm going to derive an equation to the third degree anytime soon. I agree, history is interesting and fun. I love learning about the history of architecture, but I hate taking the test. I swear, there is a TA in the class that I know, he grades the tests and we know for a fact that he grades the third years he knows at a lower grade. It's not fair. He only did it because he thinks he's greater than all of us and he wanted a better chance at getting into the Denmark program by lowering all of our GPAs. Totally not fair, but at least it's over. I think there should be a policy about grading your peers. I can't wait to see the palazzos and gothic catherdrals... and Piza!! I'm excited and it's partly because of all the stuff I learned in architecture history.
You were IN a hurricane?? ha ha.... That's crazy. Shouldn't you guys have gone into a shelter below ground??

We don't get the Starz and HBO channels. But we do have DirecTV. It's wonderful. Lots of channels to choose from. I was a fan of High School Musical too. I can't wait for the second one either! ^_^ Disneyland should be wonderful. Just think while you're riding the pirates ride that you might be sitting in the same seat Orlando, Johnny, or Keira sat in. Eh? When Elizabeth went to London she touched the same rail Keira did. Haha, does that count?
We don't have very good science teachers at our school. So when we get to college, we're kind of lost. So it sucks.. a lot. But our math teachers are good. Well, there's only one teacher that teaches honors stuff, but she's really good. Yelpers, I have to take Trig. and Pre Cal next year. Not going to be pretty. You should kick that TA's (?) left and right buttock! He should not be able to do that. That would anger me greatly. I want to go to Greece and see the Parthenon and such. I love Ancient Grece and I'd love to Piza too. Well.. I'd love to see the whole Mediterranean area! Hehe.
I wasn't technically in a hurricane. Florida has like 2 storms a day, but this storm was a beast. So I guess they thought it was just a regular storm. But when we turned on the TV when it was safe the weather dude said a small hurricane had come through.

Now that I'm at home, my mom and I just watch movies we rent... my dad hogs up the cable channels, but I don't really mind. I like the simple non-cable channels too. Yeah, the first time I rode the new Pirates ride, I was like, dude, Johnny could have been sitting in the very spot I was. I really like the new and improved Pirates. I can't wait to watch Fantasmic! and the fireworks show again. I don't know if I'm overdoing it, cuz I was just at Disneyland in March. ARgh. I REALLY wanna ride the Nemo ride, with the submarines and all. Yeah, my high school didn't really prepare me for what I was going into when I got into college courses. PreCal is going to kick your butt just because it's the intro to all things crazy, but trust me, things will start to make sense. I didn't say easier though... lol. I can't understand the things people comprehend in Calc 4... those are for engineers though. I always thought it would be cool to be an imagineer, but all the work they do, I'd rather do high rises with the knowledge I would know.. hee hee. When I was a senior in high school, I was stupid enough to take Calc AND Statistics AND Physics. I literally beat myself up. I'm so happy to be officially done with math in college. I took my last architecture engineering course last winter. It felt so nice. Yeah, I'm just glad I won't be in the same country as the TA next year... their group chemistry doesn't compare to us kids going to Italia!! We are awesome. I love all the girls going with me. I can't wait to see Greece... apparently us and the Denmark kids are going to Greece and gonna go sailing because it's affordable. Ha ha.... I would definitely freak out everyday if there were hurricanes like that.

When I was at Disney World , a really long time ago, we saw the laser/fireworks show. It was so pretty. And I pulled Bugs Bunny's tail at Universal Studios! Hehe. I was a mean little kid. I love Finding Nemo! "Wow. I wish I could speak whale." Haha!
I hate math with a passion. I wore my "I hate math" shirt to school one day and my math teacher gave me the sadest look. I felt kind of bad but she made a joke out of it. Yay! She doesn't hate me! I could never be an engineer. I would screw everything up. Plus I wouldn't have the patience to do all that math jazz. Sailing in Greece! That sounds fun. Maybe you guys will take a pit stop at Crete and have a gyro?
I freak out at the tiniest of storms. Lightning frightens me.

So I guess I'm not going to Disneyland after all, shucks. The brother doesn't care to go and he just might end up buying a year pass in September with his friends anyways.... I've been to Disney World once in my life and I was like, 5. I only remember a few things. My first time at California Adventure a few years ago and I was hesitant for that interactive Crush the Turtle talk thing. But in March a bunch of us wanted to see it and it was hilarious!! I don't know how they do it, but I enjoyed it a lot.
I think I like math, but I don't score that well on tests. Weird, huh? The math is crazy, that's all I gotta say. Yes, going to Crete and eating a gyro is definitely on my to-do list.. lol.

Why is Disneyland more popular than Disney World? I have always wondered that. You'd think that Disney World would be bigger than Disney Land but I don't think it is. Maybe it's because of the population of California is much larger than Florida. Crush the Turtle? What is that?
I do O.K. in math. I'm not the smartest person, but I do well for myself I think. I bombed one math test though. It was horrible. It had something to do with square roots and formulas. The horror.

I guess population would take into account, but afterall, Disneyland is the original disney theme park. Plus, California is definitely a destination place, compared to Florida... I hear it's mostly swamp. But I still would like to go to Disneyworld just because they've expanded so much. Crush the Turtle is from Finding Nemo... kinda like the navigator in the movie.... a surfer dude. So these kids get to "talk" to a CGI interactive Crush on the screen and he answers questions the kids have. Most of the time he answers it kinda funny and akward.
Yeah, I think people need to know a certain amount of math... the freaks are those that understand the 4th dimension stuff... ha ha. I used to bomb my Calculus tests all the time in high school. I kinda got over it... I know that's not a good mentality, but I didn't want it to get me down.

Florida is really swampy. I've been there twice and what do I see when I look out the window? A swamp. I know Crush! Duh! I'm such an idiot! He was the turtle in the East Australian Current. He had all the little turtles following him as well. Yes, I do remember now.
Calculus just sounds scary. The word itself. 'Come into my classroom and learn.. Calculus!' I can hardly wait.

Apparently my memory isn't that great when I was 5, cuz I don't remember it being swampy, I only know the fact based on my parents telling me. I do remember Florida being kinda humid and having nice beaches. Honestly, I had no clue which part of Florida I was in. ha ha.... I thought Ellen Degeneres' character was annoying... I think that's why I never really liked the movie. But the movie had it's moments. I liked the water life in the tank in the dentist office. So I guess Irvine is like, south of Anaheim... 18 minute drive to the happiest place on earth. So I guess I'll be there every weekend in 2 years... ha ha. But the drive down there is scary... I can't handle LA driving. It's like no one has a sense of speed and direction. Seriously, I thought I was gonna die a few times.
The word does sound a little intimidating. I think because it is different from algebra, something that we've learned since elementary school. It's a different way of thinking for sure. I don't even understand how derivatives help solve the volume of some 2D line revolving around an axis.

When we drove through Florida we went to Orlando and St. Petersburg. I remember some swamps in Orlando, but not so many in St. Petersburg. They were everywhere beside the roads though. I loved Ellen Degeneres's character! Dory made me laugh quite a lot. But the fish tank was really funny too. "Shark bait ooh haha!" New York driving freaked me out. Those taxi drivers are freaky. They'll be 5 feet from another car and speed up. I was scared for my life.
I thought Geometry was easier than algebra. I don't like finding the slope of things.

Oh, St. Petersburg is in Florida? I did not know that. That's good to know, I guess. I don't know what it was, I think Dory came off as a fish that had some mental problem... ha ha. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE Ellen Degeneres as a comedian. Her voice and humor is excellent. I wanna go to New York sometime during my life... just not right now. I wouldn't dare drive in cities where taxis are the main source of transportation, just because they don't care if they mess up their car or someone elses.
Really? Geometry over algebra? I hate remembering the hypotneus or tangent of something. I never remember the definitions of each.

Yelpers. There's also a St. Petersburg in Russia. I just thought of Anastasia. I love that movie. It makes me happy. ^_^ Dory was really stupid. "Wow. I wish I could speak whale." Yeah, New York's a bit hectic. Especially during the summer. Holy cow. It's hot, you're on a 13 mile island with 56479547385947 people, and it smells like crap. But there's so much to see and do. It's amazing.
Yeah, I just like geometry. Algebra made me sad. Everytime there was a slope question I felt like crap. I would get huge fatty brain farts when it came to finding the slope. That's why we lost during math field day! Hehe. I hated math, but there are so many stupid people in our class that they had to choose me as a math field day person.... it SUCKED!

Yeah.. I believe the St.Petersburg in Russia would be the most popular to date. I watched that movie, Anastasia, but I just don't get why so many girls are in love with the movie. I remember once in ballet class, I must've been like, 16, and I was new to the company and so when the teacher put on that song from the movie 'Once Upon A Decemeber' or something, all the girls went mad. I was like, what is all the fuss about?? Over a cartoon?!? Ha ha. That description actually makes me wanna stay more in the bay... lol. It's quite crowded with tourists at times, but the atmosphere is so much fun. I guess there is this big thing about Barry Bonds breaking the homerun record and I'm without a ticket. Heck, I have never seen a baseball game at AT&T Park in my life. I'm missing out on history here. I digress..... a lot.
Finding a slope!?! Surely that is easier than tangents or hypotenuses. It's always rise over run. hee hee... I'm a dork. That sucks... being stuck with stupid people. They should go away. ha ha... I'm being stupid.

I would've been one of those screaming girls! I love Anastsia. I was singing it on the bus on the way to a basketball game one time. All the girls gave me the "what kind of music are you listening to" look. I enjoy that movie so much. My grandad is obsessed with baseball. Personally I think it's the most boring thing ever. I just can't get into it. I mean, it's sort of exciting when your playing, but when your watching it it just takes forever.
I just get really retarded with slope. A squared + b squared = c squared is easier for me to do. I don't think we got to the tangent part. We'll learn that in Trig this year...poopy.

And I would be the girl asking what the heck are you listening to? ha ha. When I was younger, I went to a lot of A's games. I used to like them when I was little, but now they're just plain boring. I think I could last only 7 innings before wanting to go home. So I'm kinda on the same lines as you right now with baseball. I went to a football game for the Oakland Raiders, when they were this close to winning the Super Bowl. The crowds there are pretty intense. I'm just glad I wasn't on the 'Black Hole' side of the endzone. Those guys could literally kill me. I can't wait to watch a European football game... the fans are pretty dangerous. The mentors told us that we should watch out for the tear gas in the stadium. Ouch.
I like some trig I guess, like the Pythagoruem Theorum or something. Now calculus with derivatives... I have no friggin' clue how it works, I just learn how to use the formulas... I guess I stopped asking the 'why' question pretty early on.

Yes, you would be one of the 7584290 people that asked me what I was listening too. Haha! I would even sing it on the court. My head was not in the game. Hehe. Grandad was watching baseball today.... again. The cousins were running around mad while we were watching it. I'd rather watch baseball than tame my 4 year old cousin.*twitch* Oh wowza, tear gas? That'd scare the crap out of me.
I stopped asking the why question in middle school. My brain just decided it was for the greater good. ^_^

Meanwhile.... today I was stuck at my grandma's for three hours sketching my brother's head and watching The Adventures of Lava Girl and Shark Boy. How odd.
I think I've grown into the type pf person who wants to know all about why things happen... but the case with math, it just gets so friggin' complicated, I just stop at that point.

Haha, Tha Adventures of Lava Girl and Shark Boy? Sounds very amusing. Especially while you're sketching your brothers head. I watched Man of the Year today. It was good and funny. ^_^
There are lots of questions that roam my random mind but I ignore them. The other day I was looking at the clouds and thinking about how they form. I think it's weird when it's storming somewhere but you can still see the sun, and someone can be looking at the sun in a different area and they see no clouds. I think of weird things.

Yes I was watching a kid movie, I admit it. It was pretty amusing, indeed. I haven't seen Man Of The Year and I don't intend to, because my roommate and her whole class were forced to see it at the cinema and the whole reason behind it was to research up on the White House.... they're quarter assignment was to design a new one. They were let down and she said that the plot turned from funny to serious... Personally, I like Robin Williams in comedic roles. Like Mrs.Doubtfire!!! Hee hee.... I lurve that movie. I think I still have the VHS to that movie.
I don't think it's weird... I was cleaning my room... I seriously haven't touched things in 10 years, but since my parents are planning to have a foreign exchange student stay in my brother's room fot the coming year, I gotta move and throw out a lot of things. When I was in 6th grade I had to brainstorm about things I wondered about and one of the things on the list was about how computers transferred data, I was dumb-founded on how that technology works... and still to this day I have no clue.
