Okay, so I went and watched the 8 PM showing in SLO... it was great. Honestly, I went into the theater with no expectations and all I can say is that it was entertaining and sad at the same time. I loved the random hilarious parts, it was a little gory, and the romance was lovely. I LOVED the marriage kiss... they did like, a 270 degree shot of them. : ) And the end on the beach... that was to die for. Moments like that made me wonder if I was watching a Disney movie. Oh, and I just need to mention that Keira's skin tone was beautiful on the beach... lol. Okay, so my friend was a little impatient and wanted to leave the theater pretty fast... and I missed the scene after the credits, regretfully. Can someone talk through the scene I missed?? Much appreciated.
I want to watch the movie again!! There were times when I had to mentally go through what was happening... ha ha.

That movie was wonderful!! I'm getting ready to go watch it again at 7. The kisses were really long. ^_^ The proposal scene was the shiznit! I loved it all. And is it just me, or did Keira do an extra good job on this one? I don't know why, but I loved her more than anyone else in this one for some reason. She had funny bits and her Pirate King speech was wicked.

Yeah i argee Keira was great and the kisses, ooo they were so good, now if they would only do that as Orli/keira instead of Will/lizzie, including the love scene ;D hehe. i must admit i almost screamed when Will got stabbed, and i cried when they said goodbye. I wanna go see it again right now.

Keira did a hell of a good job in this one, especially when Will got stabbed. She had all of the reactions/emotions down perfectly. This movie is freakin amazing!! I'm seeing it again on Sunday. The kisses were so long, and I loved the marrige ceremony and Barbossa as the priest! When they were on the beach and Will's hand kept going farther up her thigh, I was like, "How the heck is Disney getting away with this?" Then their goodbye was so touching. Then there was Jack the Monkey! He was hilarious as well. It was a pretty sweet movie!

i just read an article complaining that in the movie keira was too clean and there was no chemistry between her and Orlando. Has this person seen the film? as pointed out the love scene on the beach and the kisses were a little too paisonate and steamy for Disney . Some people just don't know love when they see it.

Um, that critic must be on crack or something... or maybe he works for under another competing company. Lame-o.
I finally got to see that last scene on youtube (I had to keep checking on youtube before they pulled it off again) and I gotta say, it clearly shows that Will has come back to his Elizabeth and his family for good. Yay!!
Kisses and make-outage with the knee=Awesomness.

I cry so hard there. I start right when he says it's always belonged to you. Then the music makes it even worse. Oh dear! Lovley, lovely scene. I actually cried 4 times throughout the whole movie. It's so great though! But I absolutley hated it when Calypso got all huge. I couldn't help but start laughing.

I couldn't cry at all. Same thing happened at my graduation. I dunno, it was weird. I didn't like big Calypso either. It was like attack of the giant Tia Dalma. It was a little corny. But it was funny when Ragetti was whispering in her ear like a lover would. Made me laugh.

i had read the spoiler before seeing the film, but was hoping that disney wouldn't end w/e like that. clearly i was disappointed. when will was stabbed i seriously gasped, and started hyperventalating lol. my friends made sooooooo much fun of me b/c i'm like the only DIE HARD fan in my group soo it was kinda embarassing. whats even more embarassing is that i just watched that love scene clip on photobucket and cried again lol. i'm such a sap. p.s. did anyone else ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE MUSIC??? it was awesome, it like reminded me of every other awesome movie i had ever seen ever, but then fit sooo perfectly with pirates, and yet still had all the same elements from the first and second sound tracks. very very very well done. loved it. especially the love scene music bit, it makes me choke every time
